What to Expect
At your initial consultation, Dr. Mbira will take a full history and perform an in-clinic nasal endoscopy to assess your nasal passages and sinuses. If surgical treatment is recommended, pre-operative imaging (CT sinuses) is arranged. Most sinus procedures are performed under general anaesthesia as day cases. Post-operative care includes a review appointment 1–2 weeks after surgery and a tailored nasal rinse regimen.
